2024 East Tennessee State Degree Registration

Complete this google form for EACH of your state degree recipients by February 9. Make sure you print a hard copy to bring to regional speaking for judging that morning. 

State Degree Judging will be on February 10 at UT, Brehm Animal Science at 10:00 AM. A hard copy of the application including signatures must be present at the time of judging. Please email another advisor or East Tennessee Regional Coordinator, Stena Meadows, if you need assistance with getting your application brought to judging. Verification pages are not required.  Star applicates will still need to bring a hard copy and upload state degree applications to the star google form. 


Please spell names correctly. Plaques will NOT be replaced due to Advisor error.

Membership number listed

Paid two (2) years of FFA membership

Current active member (3rd year of membership)

Completed two (2) years (360 hours) of agricultural education instruction

300 hours or invested $1,000 in SAE

Officer or committee chair or committee member

GPA minimum of 2.0

Electronic Signature of agriculture teacher

Electronic Signature of principal or superintendent

Five (5) activities above chapter level

Two (2) separate non-FFA activities totaling minimum of 25 hours of community service with actual

activity listed
