I ______________ express my gratitude to the Management of STTA for granting me admission. I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Academy. I unconditionally accept all the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them at all time.

Terms and conditions Attendance

A minimum attendance of 70% is required during the course failing to which the result will be withheld.

Submit written applications for leaves.

Medical certificates may be submitted for medical leaves beyond 3 days.

Leaving the Academy premises during class hours is not permissible. You can do it with permission from the Academy in-charge.

The Academy will not be held responsible for any mishap or any untoward incident/accident that may take place in the premises of the Academy.

Fee

The fee payment should be made as per the policies of the Academy.
Fees once paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal or cancellation of admission.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal from the course will be subject to a written notice to the Academy atleast one month in advance. The reason for withdrawal shall be reviewed by the institute and accepted or rejected as per the Academy's discretion.

General Rules

You should ensure that you comply with the Academy's policies in relation to the dress code, personal cleanliness and hygiene.

Inform the Academy in case of any change in your phone number, address, email id.

The Academy will not be responsible for any loss of your personal articles or belongings.

If any property of the Academy is damaged or lost due to your mishandling then you will be held liable for compensation of the lost or damaged article.

During internship at GIIS, you have to follow the GIIS code of conduct for teachers.
