Redlands Coast Collective Markets are running our Pet Themed Market on Sunday 17th September 2023 from 9am - 1pm. 

We are looking for Pet Themed Market Stalls to attend our Market so if this is you please complete the form below to apply to be a stall holder at this event.  This includes products for pets AND anything pet related for the humans.  This is not our standard Arts & Crafts Market.  Please be advised that the products you are selling in your stall must be at least 80% pet related.

With only 55 Stalls available we will be capping Stall types (i.e Treats, Accessories, Clothing, Toys etc) so get your applications in asap.  But please be aware that as this is a specific themed market there WILL BE multiples of stall types.

We will also be looking for a couple of Food Trucks (no coffee) and a Sweets Stall for the humans :)

Applications must be completed in full to be considered.  Please make sure that you provide as much information as possible to allow full consideration.  We have the right to decline any applications that we don’t think is suited for our Market. Please note that we do accept stall Holders from all over SE Queensland however preference will be given to Local Redlands Based Businesses/Stall Holders (#supportlocal).

Each application is applicable to 1 Market Day event only and will be approved or declined within 7 days of submitting.  

STANDARD STALL INFORMATION   -  All Stall sizes are 3m x 3m.  Each stall holder will be required to supply their own Marquee/Gazebo and stall set up (i.e. tables/racks etc) to display their products.  This is an Outdoor Non Powered venue situated on grass with minimal to no shade available.  Stall fee is $55 + booking fee (does not include PL insurance).  Public Liability Insurance is a requirement (see Terms and Conditions at the end of this application for more information).  Stall set up will be available from 6.30 am on Market Day.

Stall Fees must be paid through our Eventbrite Website to ensure your stall site is secured. Payment link will be provided and emailed to you upon Application Acceptance.  Stall Fees must be paid within 72 hours of acceptance to secure your stall site, if paid after this window your spot is not guaranteed.

PRIZE DONATION - We will also be running some raffles with all funds raised by this raffle donated to one of our Pet Rescue groups attending on the day (chosen by the major winner).  It is a requirement of all stall holders to provide an item (preferably not a voucher unless agreed by event organiser) for this raffle.  This item will be collected from you at Check In on the morning of the event.  Details in application.
