CIE 2022 Conference Registration
Event Timing: Thursday 13 to Friday 14 October, 2022

Essential registration information:
  • Speed talks are 5 minutes, maximum, with acceptance guaranteed. Registrations have been extended to October 11th for speed talks.
  • Longer talks are 15 minutes, maximum, and acceptance pending the availability of ample scheduling time.  Registrations have been extended to October 11th for longer talks.
  • Recorded talks are due October 11th; send to deakincieconference@gmail.com.
  • Posters are A3, submitted in pdf and to deakincieconference@gmail.com, due by October 11th to allow for printing. All posters will be accepted. 
Prizes & competitions
  • Prizes will be awarded for: best presentation (1st, 2nd; honours, HDR and ECR categories), best poster, and best photos (several categories; these will be announced via email). Prizes are also available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place on the trivia night.

T&C's:
- The cutoff date to register to give a talk (in person and via recording; both speed talk and long talk) is October 7, 2022.
- The cutoff date to submit presentation recordings and posters is October 10th, 2022.
- Registrations for audience-only attendees will be open until October 10th, 2022. Please email us to register after this date and we'll do our best to cater for you.

These cutoff dates allow the organising committee to finalise the agenda, presentation schedule and printing, as well as catering for the conference. Please advise ASAP if you are no longer attending, or no longer wish to present.
