Thank you for your interest in our Vital Cycles' Permaculture Design and Human Ecology Course.

The Vital Cycles 9-month Course is a broader and deeper approach to the traditional Permaculture Curriculum, designed to encompass a multiplicity of regenerative design patterns and practices. Our longer course format includes material on and integration of Human Ecology, the exploration of how our human bodies and consciousness reflect the natural world. We highlight emergent and less well-known authors, researchers and project planners working in varied facets of human and planetary health and healing. Our classes are small (maximum 25) which facilitates an intimate group with time for folks to share, connect and learn from each other, as well as physical space and opportunity for gaining practical hands-on skills.

We are also offering a small number of people the opportunity to attend up to 4 weekends and get a taste of the curriculum, our teaching style and meet others in the program. Tuition for the one weekend is sliding scale $150-300.

Weekend tuition includes all presentations and hands-on activities, on-site camping and limited indoor accommodation (COVID restrictions allowing), Saturday evening veggie and meat soups as base for community potluck, potential time in design project meetings and discussions, weekend follow-up resources, and community!
