Please fill out this form if your family would like to receive free meals during the Summer Meal Program, which runs from Tuesday, June 2 through Thursday, July 16.

**Please note: Please give at least 24 hours for new requests to be processed and added to our meal counts.**

All children 0-18 are eligible to receive meals; they do NOT have to be Lafayette County C-1 students. The meals are 100% free.

Breakfast and lunch will be available for pick-up all together each Tuesday & Thursday at the following locations, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm.

-Grandview Elementary School (705 W 31st, Higginsville, MO: Preschool doors)
-Grace United Methodist Church (15th and Walnut)
-Corder City Hall

Tuesday package: includes meals for Tuesday & Wednesday
Thursday package: includes meals for Thursday, Friday, and the following Monday.

You only need to complete one sign up per household.
