The European project "The Sound of Business" (2018-1-SK01-KA204-046325) has promoted, in the participating countries (Italy, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece and Poland) an innovative approach based on the history of rock music, mixed with the Project Cycle Management (PCM) Methodology in order to support the improvement of entrepreneurial skills of adults.
The promoted methodology is suitable for the age group between 25 and 60 years, and can be easily adapted to groups of individuals with different backgrounds, such as: unemployed or underemployed, individuals in need of skills upgrading or those who are re-entering the labour market, but its use is also ideal for those start-up entrepreneurs who have interest and need to further develop their managerial skills.

Il progetto Europeo "The Sound of Business" (2018-1-SK01-KA204-046325) ha promosso, nei paesi partecipanti (Italia, Slovacchia, Bulgaria, Ungheria, Grecia e Polonia) un approccio innovativo basato sulla storia della musica rock, mescolato con la Metodologia del Project Cycle Management (PCM) al fine di supportare il miglioramento delle capacità imprenditoriali degli adulti.
La metodologia promossa è indicata per la fascia di età compresa tra i 25 e i 60 anni, e può essere facilmente adattata a gruppi di individui con diversi background, come: disoccupati o sottoccupati, individui che necessitano una riqualificazione delle competenze o soggetti che si reinseriscono nel mercato del lavoro, ma il suo utilizzo è ideale anche per quegli imprenditori in fase di avvio che hanno interesse e necessità di sviluppare ulteriormente le loro competenze manageriali.
