SET UP
All workshops will take place in Corwin Pavilion and will be equipped with a projector screen and laptop. We recommend having your presentation available on a USB drive or via the internet (i.e. google slides) and using our equipment rather than your own laptop to avoid tech issues. Corwin will be setup banquet-style. 

VOLUNTARY INVOLVEMENT
At this time, we are unable to compensate our workshop facilitators and presenters with an honorarium, however there are many benefits to volunteering to present at the conference. The PWA Conference is a unique opportunity to share your expertise with a wide network of professionals in the UC Santa Barbara community and beyond. We offer admission to the conference which includes lunch and an afternoon social & networking opportunity.

SELECTION
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate session time preferences, we cannot guarantee your first selection. Due to limited space and thematic focus, we may not be able to accommodate all workshop requests. You will be contacted to confirm your workshop and session time.

DEADLINE
Please submit your workshop proposal by April 15th.
