Disabled Creator and Activist Pandemic Relief Fund - Volunteer and Pledges

This form is for people to volunteer to support the efforts of the relief fund (providing audio and video captioning and transcription labor, performing moderation duties during live chats, other logistics) and for pledging support. No donations will be collected at this time. We want funds to go directly from the community to the activists and creators so we will be arranging that after the event schedule is sorted.
