This form is intended for current ICS majors ONLY.

Submitting this petition does NOT GUARANTEE you will be approved for over 20 units (or 18 units prior to restriction being lifted) or over 10 units for summer session. This form is a request for an exception. The approval/denial of this petition resides with the ICS Undergraduate Student Affairs Office and only extenuating circumstances will be considered.

If your petition is approved (not guaranteed), you will need to be fully enrolled in the courses you are making this request for. The course(s) you plan to enroll in must be OPEN. If you have waitlisted courses on your schedule, or one of the courses you plan to enroll in is full or waitlisted, your petition will be denied.

Submit this form if you wish to request more than 20 units (or 18 units prior to restriction being lifted) during the academic school year (Fall, Winter, Spring).
Submit this form is you wish to request more than 10 units in Summer Session.
