Portraits of Christ: An Introduction to the Four Gospels for Critical Minds and Contemplative Hearts

DESCRIPTION: Especially designed for contemplatives, in this first series of classes, we will begin a rich, meditative, and intellectually stimulating exploration of the four gospels and the tools that help us to interpret them in ways that ground the life and practice of contemplative Christians today.

What to Expect:

Seven recorded zoom presentations by Fr. Vincent, for self-paced study. 

​Media-rich "Captivate Lectures" that also can be watched repeatedly from at your own pace

Participants will have full access to educational tools, including: charts, graphs, maps, timelines, summaries, published articles, videos, presenter notes, personal journals, prompts for contemplative rumination, and  worksheets all designed to engage participants in learning how to interpret the gospels with critical minds and contemplative hearts

COST: $150.00, Scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance in order to ensure that no one is turned away from our programming for lack of funds.

St. Columba’s is committed to offering retreats and workshops at the most affordable rates possible. To that end, we offer reduced rates and scholarships to those most in need. If you can assist us in building our scholarship program we would be grateful.
