Please fill this out form to sign up for a block of time you intend to be at Parent/Teacher Conferences on November 25 or 26 (even if you have already indicated your intentions previously to Mr. Harkness). If you have more than one student, please fill the form out for each individual student. This will allow our teachers to be prepared for you when you arrive.

There are some times marked as "heavy traffic" times, meaning there has historically been more parents attending during those times. As times fill up, notes may be attached to other time slots below indicating that slot will be heavily attended. If your schedule is flexible and you can sign up for a time that isn't as heavily attended, that would be great for all involved. The more parents in the building, the longer it will take for you to get to meet with your student's teachers.

Teachers will be located in their classroom. There will be chairs in the hallway for awaiting parents. Please plan on wait time between teachers.

Coming prepared with questions is great, but if you know your questions in advance, shooting an email to the teacher, marked "for conferences", will give the teachers a heads up to make sure your questions get answered during the time (if possible).

Please remember, the allotted time is 10 minutes per class period per teacher.
