WOW! The response to our last pork share was great and we sold out.

These free-ranging pigs eat pasture, veggie scraps and certified organic, soy-free feed that is grown in the U.S. and milled by Backyard Feed Co in St. Augustine. We move them onto fresh pasture weekly, where they root for sweet potatoes and take mudbaths. Thank you for supporting humane and healthy pasture-raised pork production at our farm, and for taking the time to complete this form. We are collecting this information from customers in order to provide 100% transparency and to document our compliance with federal and state regulations. Pork shares are your "share" of the whole, live animal and do not represent a retail sale of pork.

By completing this form, I am requesting that the farmer act in my interest as the owner of the animal, to select and transport my animal on my behalf. I understand that my animal will be processed at one of the following facilities: Braddocks' Slaughterhouse in Seville, FL or North Florida Custom Meats in Lake Butler, FL. Both are NON-FEDERALLY INSPECTED FACILITIES. The slaughter and processing of this animal occurs with no USDA inspector present. This meat is marked “NOT FOR SALE” and I affirm that I am the end user. This meat is legal for distribution for free to friends, family and “non-paying guests”. I am paying for my share of the live animal, plus transportation costs to the processor. The meat comes frozen. *

Size of share desired - weights are approximate, pricing ranges from about $11-$14/lb depending on pick up or delivery location. We will send an invoice to confirm pricing prior to delivery.

Small Share - 15 lbs packaged cuts

Medium Share - 30 lbs packaged cuts

Large Share - 60 lbs packaged cuts

Whole Hog - Available in late April - $6.75/lb hanging weight- customer must pick up at processor

Pork shares will include a mixture of cuts. Please select a minimum of three types of cuts. We will divide up the cuts between the shares and aim to give everyone things they will enjoy but cannot guarantee the exact contents of each share. Our current processor does not offer smoked or cured items. We expect bacon and link sausage to be available again in May 2021. *

Pick up of your share - we are limited on freezer space and wanting to make sure shares get to you right away and stay frozen. Please note pork share pick up times may differ from your "regular" farm pick up times due to special handling needed. Please select all options that you would be OK with. We will contact you to confirm before the pick up day. *
