Horse Stance Basic Blocking Drills - Keep your horse stance deep. 50 Each of:
Punching Skill -- You can punch air, or a target, or with a partner if you're lucky enough to have one! Left lead, maintain good form! 50 Each of:
Forms Practice!
Finish with Push Ups! Good Form, no stopping. How many did you get? (Matthew is in the lead right now with 60)
