AfricaFora, Oza-Nogogo Community Association (Overseas), and their partners hereby invite you to the 4th edition of Nzuko 2024 - Africa Week.

 This registration form offers different formulas to suit all types of exhibitions and creations. We remain available for any information that you may require for participation in the best possible conditions. 

To be listed as an exhibitor or creator on our website and social networks, please register and pay up before  April 30, 2024. After this deadline, we cannot guarantee any promotion.

The reservation of a stand for Nzuko 2024 - Africa Week is subject to availability, and only after receipt of your payment, and acceptance by the organiser. The organiser will inform you privately of the outcome of your reservation. Spaces are limited, and are attributed on first-come-first served basis!


Conditions
-  By sending in the form, you undertake to pay the full amount by April 30, 2024.
- The stand will only be reserved once payment is received.
-  You will receive confirmation of your participation upon receipt of payment only.
-  Submission of the form absolves AfricaFora of all liability in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of furniture, accessories and products exhibited on the allocated space.
-  You declare that you will only present and sell quality products authorised for sale, and consumption in accordance with the laws, texts and health regulations in force.
- The organiser reserves the right to limit the range of products on sale by an exhibitor.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations from May 1, 2024.
