Our job is to demonstrate and promote how The Indoor Dog Park solves a key day-to-day need in the community - providing a safe, clean, comfortable, and fun place to play with your dog. We approach business in a nimble and agile way - changing the game for dogs and their parents, making safety our top priority, and letting our state-of-the-art facilities, amenities, and technology speak for itself.
As a Play Coach, you are responsible for key activities that make The Indoor Dog Park a safe staple in the community. From monitoring and maintaining safe play to ensuring a clean and presentable facility, you are the lynchpin keeping the Park running smoothly.
Our team of Coaches and Trainers are backed by an Expert Trainer that acts as your mentor and advisor. You’re never alone and always working as a team.
This is a part-time position with flexibility to schedule shifts that best fit your work-life balance. You have the freedom to schedule 1-7 shifts per week. Optionally, upon demonstrating expertise, Coaches have opportunity for career growth amongst two tracks: Professional Dog Training or Business Management.
