Join our exciting Pop-Up Shop project to take your business to the next level. A Pop-Up Shop is a short-term retail store that offers new, unique, local or specialized products. This project is designed to fill empty store spaces and prospect new, long-term businesses. This is an opportunity to see what it's like to have a store at Uptown Janesville.

A low-rate rent is offered with utilities (electricity, water, heating/cooling) included. Tenant is responsible for phone and internet if needed.
The space comes as is and includes lighting, back office/storage room, and signage opportunities.
Retail tenants are expected to provide their own furniture (there's a possibility some tables or fixtures can be included), checkout systems, partitions, additional lighting and any other fixtures or furniture needed to decorate and display products. Tenants are expected to return the space in its original condition upon completion of rental time-frame. Tenants are expected to clean/maintain space during usage time-frame, including trash and recycling removal services.

If application is approved, more information will be provided to tenant in signed agreement.

We are looking for a tenant to use the Pop-Up Shop in a 3 month timeframe, longer term can be discussed.
