Event Details & Tips for a Successful Event
Setup begins at 7:00 am through 8:30 am on the day of event and is available from 6 - 8 pm the evening before.
One 6 foot table and 2 chairs will be provided, please bring your own table cover
Vehicles may not remain in the setup area after 8:30 am
Please staff your booth during the event hours of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
Teardowns starts at 2:00 pm NO EARLY TEAR DOWNS PLEASE
We understand that sometimes things happen but we want attendees to have a wonderful experience.  So cancellations after deadline of Friday September 1, 2023 and NO SHOWS will be billed for the booth space.  We will make every attempt to remind you of the event ahead of time and will have your information to contact you on the day of the event if you do not arrive. *
