The Sioux Falls School District is proud to offer specialized elementary schools. All City Elementary is a specialized school that incorporates parents into their classrooms. Daily instruction is enhanced with parental involvement and the extra knowledge and background parents bring to the program. All-City provides a robust academic program using real-world experiences, community service, drama, and technology. Parental involvement enables the instructional program to meet the needs of the total child through active, experiential, and collaborative learning.
Each family commits to spending a 4 hour block of time in each child's classroom each week. This commitment of time provides an investment in our school community and is what we believe helps sets us apart from other schools in the region. Our parents are committed to not only helping their own child succeed, but also the other students at All City.
Applications for All City Elementary will be accepted starting each fall the year before kindergarten. Families will receive notification regarding the application status by the third Tuesday in January.
