2024 Tremonton Farmer's Market Entertainment Application 
The Tremonton Farmer's Market will be held the first Saturday of the month, May - October 2024 at Shuman (Library) Park.

This form is an application. It does not guarantee you a spot in the 2024 market. We will notify you if you are approved to participate. 

We are looking for entertainment to participate in our event:

Choirs, chorus, dance, music, bands, etc.
