Are you interested in tutoring in person when possible at Trackside Teen Center ONLY.  This will only be an option for you if you are assigned to tutor a 6th grader or older.

Please note, if you are found to be tutoring in person outside of Trackside you are NOT permitted to receive service hours via Your Academics.

You will receive double service hours with IN PERSON to account for transportation.

If you wish to tutor in person, which days are you available (can be changed later) to tutor after school for your student (30 min-1 hour) at Trackside starting at 3:30, with the last possible time to start for a 30 min session is 4:45.

By checking "I agree", I agree that I must sign a waiver that I will receive via email within 2 business days of registration, which is required to attend live tutoring. The waiver will include emergency contact info, liability, and other relevant information. If the waiver is NOT signed, you are not permitted to participate in person tutoring at Trackside Teen Center. 

If you do not agree, please scroll up and opt out of the in person tutoring option before continuing. 

PS. Students/Parents will sign this waiver as well if they choose to send their child to in person tutoring.
