The schedule for the participating artists is as follows: The artist set up date is Wednesday, July 19th, with the Fair running from Thursday, July 19th through Saturday, July 22th. Artists could potentially arrive Tuesday, July 18th and could potentially stay Sunday evening into Monday morning. Please check all that apply.

The AASAF makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of the information provided by either the Host or Artist.  The Host is responsible for carrying liability insurance against personal injury.  The Artist and Host jointly and severally shall each defend, indemnify and hold harmless AASAF, its affiliates, agents and employees, from and against any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, losses and expenses, including costs and attorney fees, relating to or arising out of any claim or demand of any kind or nature which any person or party may make against AASAF based upon the relationship between the Artist and the Host, including personal injury.
