17th District PTA has established an umbrella Zoom account to offer 50% discounted pricing for all our PTA/PTSA Units and PTA Councils under the non-profit program. All Units/Councils can purchase a Zoom Business License for $105/year (Includes 4% Utility Users Tax) that can host up to 300 participants. Regularly it would cost $200.

Also, any add-ons purchased through this account will receive the 50% discount. For example, if you need a large meeting (500 or 1000+ participants) or webinar license (100 or 500+ participants), then it would receive 50% discount as well.

Once the account has been established, 17th District PTA would email you the invoice so the payment can be mailed to the 17th District PTA. Details will follow in the email.

We recommend creating a "virtual@...." email address dedicated for the Zoom account, so that anyone within your PTA can use it. For instance, the president could use it for Exec Board and PTA meetings, and the talent show committee could host auditions or committee meetings.  Avoid vendor names as account names such as zoom@. You can enable email forwarding from the "virtual@" account to your president's email account just so you don't miss any notifications or account info coming straight from Zoom.
Shall the 17th District PTA purchase/renew the Zoom business license for your unit for the 2021-22 fiscal year and invoice your unit for the purchase? *
You can purchase the add-ons anytime. But if you need this part of establishing your account then please let us know.

We want to purchase the add-ons at the same time we purchase the license to avail the maximum benefits. So please let us know the specific add-ons that your unit would like to purchase such as 100-Participants Webinar, 500-Participants Large Meeting etc., with the license.
