Join Rainbow Elder Care of Greater Dayton in recognizing local Dayton-area LGBTQ veterans. Our veterans have had a challenging history in their service to our country, often having that service denied or diminished while having to hide their true selves. We're making progress toward full equality in military service, but we still have work to do. In the meantime, Rainbow Elder Care wants to ensure that our LGBTQ veterans' service gets acknowledged, honored and remembered as positive examples of patriotism for future generations. Help us make that happen at our annual reception on Sunday, Nov. 10.
