The Resiliencia Azul complaint mechanism offers the opportunity to anyone who feels like sharing their thoughts about any project or activity supported and/or promoted by Resiliencia Azul A.C., the opportunity to file a complaint and obtain a response.

Through this mechanism, people:
- They are listened to and treated with respect.
- Receive answers to your request.
- They know the complaint or claim process and the estimated response time
- Confidentiality is maintained, if desired.
- Complaints are submitted in Spanish or English according to the claimant's preferred language and you will receive a response in the same language.
