謝謝各位朋友耐心等候。由於表演場地目前暫停開放直至另行通知，綠葉劇團原訂於2020年12月31日至2021年1月3日假香港文化中心劇場演出的《小飛俠》將延期至2021年5月20-23日於同一場地舉行。

已購票的觀眾朋友可以選擇：
1）以支票或銀行轉帳全額退款或

2）登記更換5月份的演出門票
請填妥此表格，並上載完整的門票副本或照片（正反兩面）或網上購票確認電郵截圖（如尚未領取門票）。

截止申請日期：2021年1月31日

Due to the latest coronavirus restrictions, all performing arts venues will be closed until further notice. All scheduled performances of Théâtre de la Feuille’s “The Lost Adults” at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Studio Theatre from 31st December 2020 till 3rd January 2021 will be postponed to 20th-23rd May 2021.

We’ve created plans to give you options:

- 逾期申請恕不辦理。
- 將根據申請先後作為安排座位，門票類別（全額/學生/長者等）不變。
- 門票所印資料如有任何刪除、塗改，或門票遭損毀、污損或殘缺不全，退票申請或不被接受。

- Late applications will not be accepted.
- Seats will be on a first come first serve basis according to the processing of applications. Categories of tickets (full value/student/senior) will remain unchanged.
- The request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
