TBA Youth Ambassador Program Application
The TBA Youth Ambassador Program is a new initiative to create increased youth engagement within the Texas Beekeepers Association. This program is open to any person aged 13-18 who is a member of a Texas Beekeeper Association affiliated bee club (Example: Alamo Area Beekeepers, Montgomery County Beekeepers Association) or would join the Texas Beekeepers Association upon selection for the TBA Youth Ambassador Program.
This program will require its participants to:
-Receive training via Zoom from TBA members
-Actively promote TBA and its events through at least 2 social media posts a month
-Create a bee-related project in their community (like a pollinator garden in your community or local school)
-Act as a positive representation for the Texas Beekeepers Association and the Texas Honey Bee Education Association

The time commitment for this program will be around 2 hours a month, with optional events or opportunities throughout the year. There will be 5 ambassadors selected, and at the completion of the program, each participant will receive a $500 scholarship.
