Volunteer Registration - 2022 Theme Camp/Project Speed Dating
Please fill this out and you will hear from one of the leads from Queerburners Events. We invite people to support the event by volunteering on Saturday to help with setup (5 to 6pm), check-in (6:30 to 8:30pm), and clean up (9 to 10pm). Please sign up below and thank you in advance!

Event Setup
This is a one-hour shift to assist with setting up the gymnasium and may include clearing the space of floor mats or other sports equipment as well as carrying chairs and/or tables to the gym from adjacent rooms. Three to five volunteers needed.
Welcome & Check-In
This is a two-hour shift to welcome folks, provide handouts, take donations, and monitor the snack and beverage table. This may involve limited handling of money or a card reader to take electronic payments.Two volunteers needed.
Event Cleanup & Breakdown
This is a one-hour shift at the end of the program to clean and tidy the space and bring it back to the configuration in which we found it. May include moving chairs and tables, sorting trash and recyclables, and sweeping the floor. Leave No Trace! Three to five volunteers needed.
