Tobitatsu Shiba Inu Puppy Questionnaire
Welcome to the official questionnaire for Tobitatsu Shiba Inu. I am a member of the National Shiba Club of America (NSCA) and the Nihonken Hozonkai (NIPPO) - which is the Japanese dog preservation society in Japan. We fully health test all of our breeding dogs to the recommendations of the national breed club (NSCA) and beyond. We first and foremost breed for the AKC show ring & breed preservation but, occasionally we will get puppies that are not suited for showing and that's okay! All of our puppies are raised indoors in a loving environment where they get the best care imaginable.   

If you have made it this far then you are interested in purchasing a puppy. Please be aware that by filling this out, I am not obligated to respond to your questionnaire. I am always looking for the best possible homes for my puppies. Please fill out everything as thorough as possible so I can learn more about you and see if you will be a suitable home for one of our puppies. This helps me figure out if you are not only suitable for the breed but, if we can find a compatible dog for you.

I am not first come, first served and I am not selling a puppy to every interested person that applies. Every litter is raised with the intent to keep puppies back for show purposes so, I ask that you please have some patience if you choose me as the breeder of your future puppy. We only plan for 1-2 litters per year and Shiba Inu litters are relatively small so wait time may vary. Thank you!

The Shiba Inu is an independent breed that requires a lot of training. Do you plan to continue your puppies' training after they are home with supplemental classes like puppy kindergarten & obedience? *
How many hours a day will the dog be left alone? *
