ConcordTV School Concerts Order Form
There are 4 Concord School District concerts available for sale and several different formats for each (yes, that's a lot to choose from!) Please use this form to place your order. Our staff will confirm details with you upon receiving your order. These program sales are being facilitated through ConcordTV, Concord's local nonprofit public access station. All proceeds will help this organization continue to provide video production resources to our schools, city, and community.

Payment can be made by cash or check to "Concord Community TV" at 170 Warren St. Concord NH 03301. At this point we are unable to take credit card payments.

Orders will be available to pick up by April 17th and we will start mailing orders by April 19th. Pickups will be at ConcordTV, located within Entrance D of Concord High School. If you have additional questions about your order you can contact Station Manager Josh Hardy at josh@yourconcordtv.org
