This form will provide important information from families about summer 2024 enrollment, and family interest in providing other forms of support for The Sunshine Group to continue our growth and success.

The Town of Medway Select Board has asked us to provide a rough estimate on what our enrollment may look like next summer to help project our budget.

Please note this is NOT a binding agreement that your child(ren) will attend next summer, but it will help us to provide an estimated number of students when advocating for an increase of our budget for next year.

Below please indicate if your child(ren) plan to attend our program again in Summer 2024 and the amount of children that you plan to send to us!

Writing a statement about your family's experience at The Sunshine Group and to show your support for our growth

Writing a letter to the Medway Select Board Meeting to provide additional background on the importance of our program and to advocate for the continued growth of our program.

Speaking at a Medway Town Meeting about your family's experience at The Sunshine Group and to show your support for our growth

A Town of Medway resident who would vote and advocate in Town for our program and its growth

Know of, work for, or have a business that would be willing to donate to our program

Helping to speak with local businesses and organizations about our program and asking for donations

Assisting in and helping to organize fundraising event efforts
