1.New Zealand citizen or New Zealand permanent resident (non-Chinese citizenship);                                                                                                                               2. Born and brought up in countries and regions outside of China.                                                      3.First language is NOT Chinese. Neither parents (including grandparents living with the student) should be native speakers of Chinese; and                   4. Full-time registered tertiary students in the Wellington region from Tauranga to Wellington aged between 18-30 years.
