Class facilitated by Liz Bailey, Kernodle Senior Center Fitness Instructor
This weekly class will be a combination of aerobic and resistance exercise, with balance exercises and stretches to finish. It's a one-stop program that hits all the components of fitness. We will do some chair exercises and use bands, weights, or improvised weights - whatever you have at home. If you only have a chair, that will work too. Instructor Liz Bailey will give several variations of exercises so you can match the exercise to your fitness level.
After completing the registration form below, you will receive an email from
mhoose@burlingtonnc.gov within the next business day. This email will contain the link you will use to access the Zoom exercise class. You will use this same link to join the Zoom exercise class each week.
**To participate in a Zoom, you need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera on the front, an email, and Wi-Fi (or the ability to connect your device to the internet).
