Send us your photo!

Please email a professional photo to cepphotos@ck12.org with "CEP Alumni Photo" in the subject and your name in the file name. Note that these photos are cropped to a close-up circle. A photo that includes your head and shoulders is ideal for cropping. If you do not send us a photo, we will use the stock silhouette images instead. If you do send us a photo, be sure to check the appropriate permissions noted below. Thank you!

I understand that by submitting a photo to CK-12 for use on the Alumni page that it will be posted there and may be featured when sharing that page and the content on it in various trainings, marketing materials, and other CK-12 endeavors. I, thus, give CK-12 Foundation the right to use, publish, and reproduce this image for all training and publicity purposes.

I do not give CK-12 permission to use my image, and therefore will check a silhouette option to go with my entry.
