FCS AC/AP Student Credit Transfer Election
⚠️ This form is intended to be submitted by the student's parent/guardian.
"Credit transfer" is to transfer the credit earn at FCS to the student's high school and the credit will be shown on the student's official high school transcript.
⚠️ "Credit transfer" election cannot be changed after the 2nd week of the first semester.
⚠️ Student name/student ID provided below should match high school record.
If choosing to transfer credit to the student's high school,
👉 For FUSD students, FCS will submit grade report to FUSD shortly after the end of each semester. FUSD will then transfer the grade to each FUSD high schools.
👉 For non-FUSD students, it is the student's responsibility to ensure the high school will accept credit transferred from FCS and notify FCS about the credit transfer requirement/procedure.
