Siren Coven Application

The SIREN COVEN is an intimate creative accelerator for successful CEOs, entrepreneurs, coaches, teachers, authors, therapists and guides who are hungry to bring their unleashed creative self-expression to the front-and-center of their work... and birth a clearly formed new project by Spring 2024. (A book, podcast, business rebirth, one-woman show, etc.)


6 months of AMPLIFYING YOUR SIREN SONG. The creative prowess inside that refuses to hide. That seduces and stuns. That must be born, wet flesh in this wild, wild world.


Over 6 months time, we will engage:

  • Twice-Weekly Creation Station Cauldrons: 2-hour co-working sessions to keep the flow flowin'... two times a week!
  • Bi-weekly show-and-tells: be seen in the development of your magic, give & receive praise & feedback – all in service to pushing your edges, growing your expression, and building a POSITIVE FEEDBACK LOOP that encourages ongoing creativity. At the end of each show-and-tell, receive a new dare for the next 2 weeks!
  • 6 Monthly Coven Councils: everyone gets time in the center of the circle to work out kinks, seek emotional support, air your needs, etc. This is not "hot seat" coaching. This is pooling collective wisdom with the group, in service to feeling DEEPLY SUPPORTED. Rachael guides. Everyone contributes.
  • 6 Monthly Magical Rituals crafted & held by Rachael: travel the developmental arc from on the fence to fully committed to your truest expression, alive & quaking in the world. Experience radical identity renewal at the unconscious, visceral level.
  • 6 75-minute 1:1 sessions with Rachael: work through whatever challenges or traumas might be holding you back &/or receive co-creative mind-melding support on your Big Project / Creation. These sessions are intimate, potent and expansive.
  • A culminating 3-day in-person RETREAT at the historic, luxurious LA VALENCIA hotel in La Jolla, California: bask in the beauty of springtime in Southern California. Share your culminating creation with the group, in the flesh. Eat ahi poke nachos & drink sparkling rosé prosecco overlooking a gorgeous oceanfront sunset. Business mastermind the birth of your creation in the world. Let yourself indulge in the incredible valuable skill of REFLECTING, CELEBRATING & HONORING just how much you've stretched and grown in our 6 months time together.


This is for people who are excited to commit to 4 group calls/month (2 hours each), 1 1:1 session/month (75 min), two optional co-working sessions/week (2 hours each), and a 3-day retreat in March in SoCal.


The time investment is INTENTIONAL, as this program is designed for people who are ready to get elbows deep in their next creative season.


Investment is $22k and includes 3 nights at the La Valencia Hotel & 3 delicious fancy-ass dinners. Payment plans will be made available. 


EARLY ENROLLMENT APPLICATIONS are open for the month of February 2023 only and come with 4 EPICCCC bonuses!

1– Receive a $2k discount, bringing the total price to $20k.

2– Receive an extended 13-month payment plan  of $1538/month with zero added interest or fees.

3– Receive 2 additional 75-minute 1:1s with me to align and cohere your creative pivot (must be used before April 1st).

4– Receive a death & rebirth ritual with you & the other early-enrollers, to allow for your soul to set radical change in motion. (Mid-March.)



Our Coven will be capped at 6 people max, and highly curated to be a space of and for epic, witchy, loving, mature humans. People with ample business experience & success, and a track record of creative magic... who want to go bigger, bolder. 

(This is not a coven for people at the beginning of finding their creative voice, or at the beginning of their journey of self-employment.)

Once I receive your application below, I will respond via email within a few days and let you know if it feels aligned to proceed. 

From there, we can hop on a free hour-long feeler call, where you’ll have the chance to discover more about what you’re wanting for your next most luscious professional spring… and how it can be made possible.

I’ll give you a week to decide if you’re in. (I pull no shit, push no pressure, and ask for no credit card on these calls.) 

If I feel like you’re a great fit and you (holy shit!) decide to go for it, I’ll send an intake your way, we’ll schedule those first two calls, and you’ll be on your wayyyy to a new momentum of creative turn on in your career.

This program is for people with generally regulated / resilient nervous systems, who are eager to push their creative edges. That said, trauma and fear are often core reasons for the stifling of our whole self-expression. Working through deeper traumatic blocks is something I'm is a wizard at, and happy to do with you in our 1:1 sessions. And—this program is NOT a trauma resolution intensive. It’s a mash up of creative coherence, momentum & community—all in service to birthing your soul’s work more boldly and abundantly in the world.  That said, often times, being in supportive, encouraging community IS A KEY PIECE to healing creativity and expression wounds.

The investment for the SIREN COVEN is $25k ($23k for early enrollment). I am happy to offer monthly payment plans, so long as all payments are complete by March 2024.
