Make-up Class Request
Our Make-up class policy : (Please read carefully)
  1. We only provide 1 (one) makeup class per month within the absence month. It must be requested by submitting this form at least 24-hours before the scheduled class.
  2. Each inquiry has to be approved by our management team, any verbal request with our front desk or coaches is not considered as notice.
  3. Please note that makeup class subject to availability (not guaranteed) and must be completed within the same month (makeup class will not carry over to the next month period).
  4. We can’t provide a rescheduled for makeup class. Please make sure you don’t missed the class you requested.
  5. Makeup class can’t be transferred to other students (no exception).
  6. There is no makeup class for Pre-competitor level or higher.
