CARD After School Program Waiting List 2024/2025
To add your child to the waiting list for the 2024/2025 school year, please complete the information below. We will contact you as soon as there is a spot open for your child.
To add more than one child to the waiting list, please submit a separate form for each child.

This waiting list is only for the 2024/2025 school year. If you need care in future years, the waiting list will open on April 1st each year for the following school year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROGRAM OPTIONS:

Nature Center After School Program
To add to the Nature Center ASP waiting list, please complete this form.
•Located at the Chico Creek Nature Center (1968 E 8th St.)
•TK-5th Grades
•Parkview pick up- CARD staff will pick up students from Parkview Elementary and walk them to the Nature Center. Transportation from other schools is not provided.

SCHOOLS: Emma Wilson, Hooker Oak, Little Chico Creek, Marigold, Neal Dow, Parkview, Rosedale, Shasta, and Sierra View
Enrollment options for these schools:
• CARD 1-5th Grades: To add to the CARD waiting list for a limited fee based spot, please complete this form. (monthly fee, no attendance requirements) 
• Chico Unified TK-5th Grades: To add to Chico Unified's waiting list, click here: https://www.chicousd.org/Programs/Before--After-School-Programs/Apply-To-BLAST (no cost, attendance requirements) 

SCHOOLS: Citrus, Chapman, and McManus
