Hear from a motivational speaker, social entrepreneur and educator from Sweden. Mr. Farid is also the founder of the Mathivation model and the Intize organization, a mathematics mentoring program in Sweden that was imported by the Norwegian Ministry of Education and implemented in 17 of the Country's universities under the name ENT3R. This program won the 2010 Global Best Awards in Canada in the category ‘Developing Skills of the Future Workforce’. He has since conducted more than 1200 talks in 22 countries attended by more than 115,000 people.

In 2013 he was awarded the Royal Young Leadership Foundation's scholarship by the Swedish King for engaging students in value-based leadership. After completing the Mathivation world tour 2009, Mr. Farid founded the Mathivation Center at the Asian Institute of Technology and trained teachers in Cambodia and the Philippines.  In addition to working with Public Affairs at the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce since 2011,  he has trained more than 3000 teachers worldwide in his creative pegagogics and motivational methodology.
