The MBP Eco Team is a committee affiliated with MBPGSA. The goal of this committee to promote sustainability and reduce ecological footprints in scientific research inside and outside the lab, from small steps such as fun sustainable activities! Executive positions are open to recruitment this year. There are two positions currently available, and the description of each position's responsibilities can be found below:
1. Event Coordinator
--> Responsible for carrying out the Eco Team events. Note that you won't be the only one doing everything. The entire Eco Team is involved in event planning and helping, but you will be responsible for the details and logistics of the event.
2. Outreach Ambassador
--> This year we hope to broaden the scope of ideas and events beyond MBP. The Outreach Ambassador role will be responsible for communications on potential collaborations with research facilities and other environmental groups at U of T.
