This form is to be filled out by any Rugby Ohio team traveling out of state or hosting a team from out of state. The form will trigger the approval process with other appropriate bodies.
There is a possibility of rejection of the tour that can include, but are not limited to: Not in good standing with SRYO, USA Youth and High School Rugby by having an outstanding balance of fees due to SYRO, USA Youth and High School Rugby and/or USA Rugby; having current sanctions levied by the local Disciplinary Committee, the SYRO, USA Youth and High School Rugby and/or USA Rugby; Coach and/or Administrator(s) missing proper accreditations, etc.
This form is for domestic use only. International Tours must be completed in conjunction with USA Rugby. Please see the USAR website for any international tours: https://usa.rugby/tours
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND SUBMITTED NO LESS THAN ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROPOSED TOUR. Once review is complete, both SYROs will submit to national bodies.
