Can I split my Outdoor Trade Stall with other Businesses?
If this space is too big, we can split sites between businesses - please inquire.
(You will need to find a Stall Buddy! However, we can provide separate invoices)

Am I able to purchase multiple stalls?
Absolutely, just select our Double Site option for Indoor Stalls when filling out your registration.  

Still need more then a double space?
Sure, we can do that for you if the stalls you want are available at the time of inquiry.  Just send us through an email with your requirements.

I have a Hired Marquee when can they setup?
We will be on the grounds throughout the week leading up to the event.  Please contact us with some information (Day and Time of Arrival & Setup/Instillation Company/ Your booked Site #).

Can I have a caravan dropped off throughout the week so it is ready for my arrival?
Of course you can! Please contact us with some information  (Day and Time of Arrival/Instillation Company/ Your booked Site #/whether you want to camp on your Outdoor Stall or in our Vintage Camp Grounds).

Can I bring my generator for my Outdoor Trade Stall or Vintage Camping Site?
Yes, you can bring your generator.  However, we ask that you are respectful of the other Stall holders or Campers.  Please do not run the generator between the hours of 11 pm to 7 am.  If you need power during the night for medical reasons please contact us directly.

Can I see the Event Maps?
Absolutely, we are just currently revamping the maps to work on the flow of the event.  They will be readily available soon
