For Private Lessons:

1. Membership may be cancelled by submitting our ONLINE CANCELLATION FORM.

   • Cancellation Form must be received by the 15th of the month to take effect at the end of that month.

     • Example: Cancellation Form received on the 16th of May is billed for June and takes effect at the end of June.

   • There are no exceptions.

2. You may withdraw the cancellation at any time before it takes effect but your teacher and/or time slot can not be guaranteed.

3. A $40 returning student registration fee will be required to re-enroll once the withdrawal takes effect.
   

4. Active membership is mandatory to participate in our events, exams and recitals. All registration(s) will be withdrawn at the time of tuition cancellation.

5. All Make-up Lesson Credit(s) on your account expires in 30 days from the cancellation effective date.
   

6. Tuition is not transferable.

7. Ztunes Music does not provide tuition refunds under any circumstances.

8. Ztunes Music reserves the right to terminate lessons, in which case prorated tuition will be refunded.

For Group Classes: 

You may withdraw from a class before or within 24 hours after the first class by returning the completed withdrawal form.

• Ztunes Music will refund the tuition (minus the cost of the first session of the class) and material fee (unopened materials only). The registration fee is non-refundable.

• There will be no refund later than 24 hours after the first class.
