Thank you for your interest in the Carolina Dance Collaborative Adaptive Dance Program, for students with disabilities or special needs. We are excited you are applying for a dance scholarship with us!!
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PROCEEDING!
Please complete your application at least one week prior to the first scheduled class of the session in which you wish to participate.
This scholarship application is not considered complete and cannot be reviewed until we have received the REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION requested. Email documentation to: info@CarolinaDanceCollaborative.org.
You will receive our response and any future scholarship communication by email, so it is very important to provide a valid email address on your application, check your emails often, and respond to us in a timely way regarding your scholarship application.
Carolina Dance Collaborative has a limited amount of scholarship funds for our Adaptive Dance Program. In order to be eligible for financial assistance, the Applicant must:
- Live or Work in the area where CDC offers Adaptive Dance Program Classes
- Agree to Pay a Portion of Tuition
- Agree to Pay the Annual $30 Registration Fee
- Agree to Pay the Balance Due in Full (or Arrange Payments) before the First Class
- Be Willing to Volunteer at our Request
- Commit to Full Participation in the Session for which you Receive a Scholarship
Upon request, applicants agree to provide updated required documentation when renewing for each session/class within the 2022-2023 year. Scholarship renewal is contingent upon the Applicant's provision of updated documentation, if requested, and upon CDC's review of continued eligibility. Scholarship Recipients will receive a scholarship renewal email a couple weeks before a new session, and a timely response is requested.
You will be notified by email about your scholarship status after we have reviewed your application and documentation. Typically, our response time is no longer than a week. Thank you for applying with us and thank you for your patience as we evaluate your application and documentation.
Lastly, applicants must reapply annually. Tuition and Fees are subject to increase when you reapply.
