Guest Artist Request Form
Winthrop University Department of Music

This form is for use by Winthrop University faculty members to request guest artists for master classes, evening recitals, residencies, and/or classroom visits. Approval by the Department Chair is required in order to extend an invitation and begin the booking process. Requests submitted through this form will be processed regularly by the Music Office. You will receive an email response within 48 hours of form submission. 

This form should be submitted at least six weeks prior to the proposed event date. Forms submitted later than one month before the proposed event will not be accepted.
