○ Evergarden is a premium equestrian facility. Riders who rent here are doing so not only to be a bigger part of our community, but to also help support our sim. Renters should be aware this is a community sim. There are daily events & activity on the sim & on occasion large shows that may cause a temporary increase in lag.

○ Most decor items are available to renters for their stalls upon request:
Feed/water buckets, tack trunk, bridle and saddle decor jumper. Dressage, and western available.
(all Cheval D'or and Teegle decor items available)

RULES

✖ Linden Lab TOS & Evergarden rules must be followed. You are responsible for your guests doing the same.
✖ You must be in the Evergarden Equestrian inworld group. This gives you access & rights. Items must be rezzed under the Evergarden group.
✖ Please be advised there are no refunds, even if you choose to vacate early.
✖ Rent must be on time. If you are late on a payment your items are subject to return & stall revoked. When a rental becomes overdue you will be contacted, if we do not hear back from you within 3 days and the rental remains unpaid you will be evicted.
✖ We ask that you remove scripts from copy/mod items that are not needed. We also ask that you phantom your items. This helps with lag significantly. We reserve the right to ask you to do these things if we find items that are causing excessive script usage or lag. Example interactive water/feed buckets have a lot of scripts, please remove these scripts so we can all have a better riding experience.
(How-to remove scripts: Select the object > Open the contents tab > Delete everything within the contents)
✖ All items must be rezzed inside your stall, turnout, or immediately in front of your stall only. You may not decorate outside the immediate vicinity of your stall, nor in a skybox.
(exception: rezzing items for photos and roleplay around the sim, but please clean up afterwards)
✖ Stalls are limited to one horse per stall.
Exceptions are made for foals as part of RP time-lines. However if you are looking to stable a foal for an extended period of time it will need to be discussed with the rental or RP managers.
✖ Check none of your rezzed items have "Full Bright" turned on.
✖ Stall bedding is provided, we ask you not add scripted bedding which creates flies or manure.
✖ Renters may turn out their horses in any of the available paddocks. Please check wander distance is small enough to keep your horse within the paddock fences if turned out.
✖ For paddock turnout please turn sounds to "Action" if horses are set to wander. The default steps sound for the horses does not correspond to soft footing/turn out.
✖ Please do not leave your horses tacked up in the stalls/paddocks. We are trying to keep the barns somewhat realistic. For those new to horses this mainly means no bridles (the item for the horses head with a bit in the mouth) or any saddles.
✖ Horses should not "wander" while at their stall, the space is too small, and too close to other horses.
✖ Items at your stall must fit the theme, & aesthetic of the sim & blend in nicely. Please keep your stall tidy.
✖ Nudity & adult furniture are not permitted, we are a family sim.
✖ Although we understand many role-players and community members aim for realism, we ask that no functioning genitalia, oversized genitalia, or any adult items be added or worn on horses while on the Evergarden region. This is a G rated region which welcomes avatars of all ages, there is no need or reason to be wearing such items at Evergarden. If it is not appropriate around child avatars, it is not appropriate at Evergarden.
✖ Please let us know if you plan to no longer rent your stall. Advance notice is always greatly appreciated.
✖ Make sure your horses are not set to public. We have daily visitors who may try to ride horses. To keep your horse safe from going on adventures make sure the driver permissions are set to private.
