Hotspot Application
Perry County School District #32 has a limited number of  hotspots available to check-out for students who do not have the internet at home. The hotspots are restricted to PCSD#32 Chromebooks for student use only.  


**Please note that filling out this form it will not guarantee you'll receive a hotspot as quantities are limited.

By checking yes, I acknowledge that I understand the device is the property of PCSD#32  and that all maintenance/support is provided by an independent company. I understand that there will be filters in place to protect my child (ren) from harmful content. The district reserves the right to request the device back at any time based on district needs. A $100.00 charge will be assessed if the hot spot is not returned or damaged. * *
