Room Reservation Request - Biology
REQUEST form for conference room reservations in the Biology Building. This form is NOT confirmation of your reservation. Please read the following closely.

***Due to the quantity of requests, it may take up to 2 business days to contact you and up to 5 business days to confirm your reservation. Please note:
Conference Room Care, Use, & Lock Policy
Conference rooms are to remain locked during the day. Please visit the Main Office (Bio 111) prior to your reservation for access assistance as needed. When you leave, please ensure the following - VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN REVOKING ROOM PRIVILEGES:
  • Wipe down surfaces and clean up any spills, food mess, or other debris
  • Erase the whiteboards
  • Push in the chairs
  • LOCK THE DOOR

BIO 355 – 8 (Table) + 7 (Perimeter) = 15
BIO 400 – 10 (Table) + 10 (Perimeter) = 20
