Thank you for your interest in hosting a meeting or gathering for the BUUF community. Please complete this form to request use of BUUF Virtual spaces and/or BUUF Physical spaces.

Meeting Format- Please check all that apply. We suggest that all in-person meetings also provide a virtual option for those who cannot attend.

Sanctuary Use: Best for large meetings and presentations, 50+ attendees.
North Wing Use: Stowe/Raible Combined Classrooms. Best for medium size groups, 20-40 attendees.
Hospitality Suite Use: Best for receptions and standing room gatherings, 20-50 attendees.
Library Use: Conference style meeting, no media available, 10-15 attendees.
Channing Classroom Use: ("Jr. High Room") Comfortable space for meditation and discussion groups, 10-15 attendees.
Balasz Classroom Use: ("Sr. High Room") Lounge space with sofas for seating, 10-15 attendees.
