We are requesting your permission to include your student's picture on the website (pictures will not be identified by full name). INTENT OF MARCHING                                               I intend on my child/children participating in the Marching Roadrunners season 2021-22.  I understand there is a time and financial obligation to participate.  I also agree to participate in all fundraisers and have the non-refundable Earnest Deposit of $292 submitted on or by July 26th, 2020. *

PERMISSION CONSENT                                            I give my child/children permission to attend all scheduled and approved field trips and performances with the Austin-East Magnet High School Bands.  Your child shall abide by all rules and policies of the band program and of Knox County Schools relating to student conduct while on school sponsored trips.                                                             I do understand that my child will be transported to all scheduled band events in approved vehicles unless other arrangements have been officially approved by the directors, parents, or school administrators.  I do understand that my child is responsible for making up all missed class work because of scheduled band performances.    Parent/Guardian Signature below: *
